Funding: Approximately $3,700 base state adequacy aid per student per year, with additional "differentiated aid" ranging from $600 to $1,800 for eligible students based on factors like Free or Reduced Lunch eligibility, English Language Learner status, or qualifying disabilities.   • Tuition and Fees: Payments to qualifying educational providers, including private schools, online schools, technical colleges, and universities.

  • Textbooks and Curricula: Costs associated with purchasing educational materials, textbooks, and curriculum necessary for the student's education.

  • Educational Software and Hardware: Expenses related to software programs, educational apps, and computer hardware that support the student’s learning.

  • Tutoring Services: Fees for tutoring services aimed at enhancing the student's academic progress and understanding.

  • Services for Students with Disabilities: Costs for specialized educational services and therapies, such as occupational therapy, speech-language therapy, and other related services.

  • Extracurricular Activities: Fees for activities like after-school programs, summer camps, and extracurricular educational experiences that contribute to the student’s development.

  • Basic Internet Service: Essential internet services required for educational purposes (note: general household internet is not covered).

  • Other Educational Expenses: Any other expenses directly related to the student’s education, as approved under the EFA guidelines.
